I'm Justin Noah - a nutritionist and lifestyle coach situated in Oslo, Norway. Finding a sustainable approach to eating healthy is challenging for many individuals.

Today we're exposed to numerous diets and mountains of unlimited amounts of super tasty food. In addition we're constantly bombarded with images of unrealistic bodies.

On top of this we're encouraged to eat less meat and more plants. Basically, the innocent act of eating merely to sustain our bodies and minds have become a messy endeavour with seemingly never-ending consequences topped with guilt and shame. But eating healthy and sustainable is more a process than an event that happens over night.
