I'm Justin Noah - the creator of The Mindful Broccoli. Today we are exposed to numerous diets and an abundance of food (substances). Managing stress and human emotions is another key component in living a healthy life. Truth is, we don't have to abstain from eating "bad" foods, and we don't need another perfect, all or nothing diet to live a healthy life. What we do need, however, is mindfulness and compassion around eating. We need to ask ourselves questions such as "how is this food making me feel?" , "where did this food come from?", and "what is the right way for me?".
